Our company started to manufacture hydraulic gear pumps and hydraulic cylinders for tipper trucks.
Started
Our company started to manufacture PTOs for Bedford, Leyland, Austin, BMC Thames, BMC Morris and Inter Brands.
Ostim Industrial Zone
Our company moved to Ostim Industrial Zone with 100m² covered area.
First CNC vertical machine.
Our company involved in its Machines, the first CNC vertical machine.
First export
Our company started to export its products to the Middle East such as Syria and Egypt, Jordan as first export.
Quality Certificate
Our company got its first ISO 9001/2000 quality certificate.
First Split Shaft PTO
Our company started to manufacture its first Split Shaft PTO Units for firefighting vehicles.
New Factory
Our company has been moved to the new factory with 5000m² covered area.
East Countries
Our company started to export its products to Far East Countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore. Our company manufactured new type Split Shaft PTO units for Ford Transit light trucks co-operation with Ford Otosan in its own factory in Golcuk-Turkey
Electrical PTO
Our company involved in its machines CMM coordinate measurement machine. Kozmaksan was the first company that developed and manufactured Electrical PTO in Turkey.
Capacity
In order to speed up the production we incorporated DIXI PRODUCTION CENTER which has 9 table and GMX INTEGREX CNC with 5 axis together with KARDEX smart, automatical warehouse system which has capacity of 250 tone
